• If using PayPal, be sure to include your full name (not a business name), address and phone number in case we have questions.  Be sure to let us know if you are a brand new member. PAYPAL is BACK ONLINE!

• If using "snail mail", please complete the Band Order Form completely.

Band Code Assignment Guidelines

1. Since the band codes consist of 1 or 2 numbers followed by 1 letter (A-Z), please list your choices accordingly.  (Example: For the code number 21A, the first band would read NCS 21A-01-04 with the following bands ordered sequentially.)  If all of your choices are unavailable, one will be assigned to you that matches as closely as possible.

2. Bands are sold in lots of 25, 50, 100, 150, etc.  If your previous order was for bands #01-#25, your next order would be for #26-#50.

3. The band code assigned to you is retained for a period of 2 years.  During this 2 year period it will not be assigned to anyone else.  After the 2 year retainer, it can be reassigned.

4. Bands may be ordered for the next year as early as October.  However, they will not be mailed until December 26.

5. Any bands ordered after November 30th will be for the following year.

New Members
Don't worry about not having your membership # when you apply for NCS bands.
Our Band Secretary will verify your membership before placing your order.
Just indicate "New Member" in the place of your Membership #
and be sure to include your full name and phone number.
